Structural Surveys
A structural building survey is a comprehensive inspection of the property and its structure.
We undertake surveys for both residential and commercial properties.
Once an inspection has been carried out, a survey report is written which provides essential advice highlighting the building’s condition, and building’s overall potential, and the inherited risks and liabilities acquired with the property.
A valuation for the property is not provided with a survey report but this can be done separately.
